With over a decade of experience spanning creative direction, production management, and team leadership, Tyler has built his career on transforming video strategy into tangible business results.

At Grant Thornton, Tyler established the firm's in-house video agency from the ground up, creating a comprehensive production infrastructure that serves 8,000+ employees across a global network of 68,000 professionals in 134 countries. His leadership extends beyond borders—he built and manages an international design and production team with colleagues in Bangalore, India, and Ireland, demonstrating his ability to scale creative operations across time zones and cultures.

Tyler's work encompasses the full spectrum of video production, from social media content and internal communications to broadcast television partnerships. He has led high-profile campaigns including the annual Grant Thornton Invitational in collaboration with the PGA and LPGA, overseeing everything from creative strategy to execution with professional athletes and agency partners.

Prior to Grant Thornton, Tyler served as Creative Director and Producer at Northbound Pictures Inc., where he led a small but nimble team delivering story-driven content for non-profits and businesses.
